The Technology.

Weapon X has invented and patented a plastic recycling agent which combines seventeen (17) different chemicals and binding agents using certain combing techniques and heat processes to manufacture a plastic recycling agent into pellets. This Additive allows recyclers to combine, grind and re-form Polyethylene Terephthalate (PETE), High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC-U) into chips to be used to create NEW 100% recyclable products.
These recycled products which will not fray and will have the medium strength characteristics of the cross-mixed chip combination. With Weapon X, improvements of yields and efficiency are determined by the raw material being processed. Some materials have a higher density and flow than others. By adding Weapon X, flow characteristics can be improved when flow is critical for thin-walled parts or for heavy wall large parts that are hard to fill.
You can adjust the strength of materials by adjusting the amount of Weapon X additive. Weapon X has designed a formula chart which determines the necessary ratios. With Weapon X, the amount of energy consumed and CO2 emissions associated with product manufacturing is greatly reduced. Recycling one ton of plastic saves 7.4 cubic yards of landfill space.

Overall Benefits

Reducing plastic consumption
Includes preventing pollution by lessening the amount of new raw materials used.
Saving Energy
Through reducing greenhouse gas emissions, which contribute towards climate change
Increasing recyclable marterial with Weapon X
Polyethylene Terephthalate (PETE) is one of the most commonly recycled plastics such as clear water bottles are likely to be recycled. Tough plastic which discolors if you bend it or high-Density Polyethylene (HDPE). Common recycled products include milk, bleach bottles, washing machine liquids, and bottle caps. Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC - U).
